The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 206 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 326, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. The informant named 16 persons including these three petitioners and alleged that they all indiscriminately assaulted Shrawan Paswan uncle of the informant.

It is submitted that similarly situated co-accused Yugal Paswan, Mishri Paswan and Rudal Paswan have already been granted anticipatory bail vide orders passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3130 of 2016 on 20.01.2016 and the case of these petitioners stands

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16193 of 2016 (2) dt.03-05-2016 2/2 exactly on similar footing.

The learned APP did not dispute the fact.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 206 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
