ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 17-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304/420/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that admittedly some dispute arose between the petitioner and the brother of the petitioner, with the deceased which led to scuffle and result of the said scuffle was that the brother of the petitioner pushed the deceased and the deceased fell down on the high voltage wire which resulted in his death.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that so far as the present petitioner is concerned, he had no role to play and his

Considering the nature of allegations and that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Saurbazar (Patarghat O.P.) P.S. Case No. 520/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) Saif/- U T
