JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 05-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Case No. C2/215 of 2018 / 281 of 2018 for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 18.04.2018. He further submits that similarly circumstanced coaccused Bipin Raut @ Vipin Raut has been granted bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 24.05.2018 in Cr. Misc. No. 31526 of 2018.

On the ground of parity, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
