JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL ORDER 29-09-2015 Despite repeated calls no one has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Mr. Upadhyay SC-20 for the State is present. He points out that the prayer made in this writ application is completely vague and not entertainable by this Court. In para 1 of the writ petition, the petitioner has stated as under:- "1.That, the petitioner humbly craves out from this Hon'ble High Court for issuance of order, direction and writ in appropriate nature against the respondents for taking action according to law."
