JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B, 504 and 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of taking loan for purchase of the tractor on the basis of forged documents.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner admits taking of the loan and he is making repayment of the same, the proof with regard to the same has been brought on record as Annexure-2. The petitioner undertakes that the entire loan amount with interest will be deposited within stipulated time frame fixed by the bank.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.171 of 2015 (2) dt.07-01-2015 surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Banka in connection with Dhoraiya P.S. Case No. 112 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

The bail bonds of the petitioner will be accepted by the learned court below provisionally till the entire loan amount with interest is being deposited.
