The petitioner is in custody since 14.03.2018 in connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case No. 167 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 323, 341 307 and 380/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that altogether preposterous allegation has been levelled against the petitioner, who is the Samdhi of the informant. It is further submitted that his daughter was married into the family of the informant and for certain reasons, she came back from her matrimonial home to her "Maike" and thereafter, this allegation has been carved out only to create mischief and to harass the present petitioner Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the injuries which are said to have been inflicted by the petitioner are said to be the result of some altercation took place between the two families and that there is matrimonial
