No.1367 of 2000, arising out of Araria (Tarabari) P.S. Case No.314 of 2000 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria thereby taking cognizance of the offence under Sections 467, 468, 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, so the matter has become infructuous.
