The complainant-petitioner has filed this application for cancellation of bail of opposite party no. 2, husband of the petitioner, who was granted bail vide order dated 14.1.2015 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. no. 48353 of 2014 arising out of Complaint Case no. 365 of 2012 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504 and 498-A of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the argument of the learned counsel for the petitioner that after grant of bail opposite party no. 2 is threatening the petitioner to torture and kill her, the petitioner is at liberty to move the learned Magistrate in pursuance to the order dated 14.1.2015 itself.

This petition stands disposed of to avail the aforesaid liberty.
