The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30, 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

386.028 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered near a well situated near the house of petitioner. It is submitted that nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of this petitioner. Recovery has been made from open place. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
