The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447/341/323/324/325/307/354/354A/302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that co-accused Pintu Rai came to the house of the informant and tried to take away the victim Mintu, thereafter, the accused persons assaulted the daughter, son and husband of the informant and due to assault daughter of the informant succumbed to the injuries.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the specific accusation of assault is not against the petitioner. There is counter version of the occurrence and the

The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Jadopur P.S. Case No.7 of 2014, pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj.

With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
