The petitioner is in custody in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 165/2018 offences under sections 272/273/34 of the I.P.C. and under section 30(a) of Bihar Excise Prohibition Act, 2016.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He has remained in custody since 6.05.2018.

Learned Counsel submits that nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and seizure list was not prepared in accordance with the principle laid down under section 100 of the Cr.p.c.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
