This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 504 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is named in the self-inculpatory statement of co-accused as having participated in the killing of the deceased. In the opinion of this Court, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed.
