2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- (i) For issuance of the order/s, direction/s or writ including in the nature of Mandamus to direct the respondents to pay third ACP/MACP benefit to the petitioner as well revise pension and other consequential benefits after giving benefit of third ACP/MACP, which he is entitled.

Patna High Court CWJC No.11417 of 2024(2) dt.01-08-2024 2/3 (ii) For issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus upon Respondents to show cause as to why the petitioner is not being paid benefit of third ACP/MACP, which he was entitled.

(iii) For any other reliefs/relief which the petitioner may be found entitled to the facts and circumstances of this case.

Learned counsel for the State has raised preliminary objection and submits that the present writ petition has been filed for demand of ACP/MACP and according to Bihar Government Servant Grievances Redressal Rules, 2019 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Rule of 2019'), framed by the General and Administrative Department, Government of Bihar, remedy is available to the petitioner to file complaint.

4. As such, the writ petition is disposed off, directing the petitioner to avail the remedy under the Rule of 2019 by way of filing the complaint before the Grievance Redressal Officer. The Grievance Redressal Officer upon receiving the said complaint along with a copy of this order is directed to pass order within 60 days. If the petitioner shall aggrieve by the said order passed by the Grievance Redressal Officer, he shall prefer

4. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the writ petition stands disposed off.
