The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Goraul P.S.Case No. 46 of 2018 registered under Sections 385,420,465,468,467,471,506 and 120B of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that the land purchased by the informant was sold by the petitioner to other co-accused. . Submission is that petitioner has also got share in the land. The informant had purchased the land in question in the name of his wife from the cousin of the petitioner and mutation of the land was in favour of the petitioner and has been in custody since 10.04.2018.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, as the dispute is predominantly civil in nature, so

No.34448 of 2018(2) dt.28-06-2018 2/2 the petitioner, namely, Shah Tanveruddin @ Shah Tanveeruddin, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-I, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Goraul P.S.
