After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks indulgence by way of withdrawing instant petition relating to petitioner no.4, Ranju Singh and petitioner no.5, Rang Bahadur Singh.
Accordingly, instant petition relating to them is dismissed as withdrawn.
So far petitioners Rajesh Singh, Haridwar Singh @ Hardwar Singh and Sri Ram Singh are concerned, taking into account their status as alleged by the informant under written report they, members of unlawful assembly, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9274 of 2015 (03) dt.04-05-2015 thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Suryapura P. S. Case no.71 of 2014, in event of their arrest/ surrender within four weeks subject to condition as enumerated under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
