The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Dinara P.S. Case No. 27 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Section-409 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is that petitioner at the time of handing over the charge did not hand over the charge of all the documents of different Panchayats. It is submitted that the petitioner has already handed over the charge to his successor on 29.06.2015, copy of which has been annexed in the supplementary affidavit.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16293 of 2016 (5) dt.14-07-2016 2/2 receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 27 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
