2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30, 38 and 41 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, petitioner is owner of the truck from which 4000 illicit spirit was recovered.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.
