"The present Miscellaneous Appeal is arising out of Matrimonial Suit No. 52 of 2016. Appellant filed the aforementioned suit under section 13(1)(1a)(b) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. Learned Family Court, Araria dismissed the Matrimonial Suit No. 52 of 2016. Feeling aggrieved by the aforementioned judgment, the present M.A. has been filed.

2. Matter is of the year 2017. Neither the appellant nor the respondent counsels are present in the Court to address the case.

3. In order to give one more opportunity, re-list this matter on 09.07.2024.

4. If there is no representation on behalf of the respective parties, the present Miscellaneous

Patna High Court MA No.608 of 2017(22) dt.22-08-2024 2/2 Appeal No. 608 of 2017 shall be dismissed for non-prosecution.
