The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Mahkar P.S.Case No. 14 of 2017 registered under Sections 406,419,420,467,468,471 and 379/34 of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that informant's wife's passbook was lost, that was misused by Soni Devi. She withdrew Rs. 18,000/- in two transactions and caught raid handed and disclosed that at the behest of this petitioner, she was committing offence.

Submission is that withdrawal was made by Soni Devi and not by this petitioner and she is not related in any way to the petitioner and Soni Devi has been admitted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 15060 of 2017.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34336 of 2018(2) dt.27-06-2018 2/2 Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Dharmendra Kumar, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-IX, Gaya in connection with Mahkar P.S. Case No. 14 of 2017.
