The petitioner being father of the husband of the informant is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/324/307/354/354A/354B/504/498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The basic accusation is of torture for non-fulfillment of dowry demand.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that dispute has been settled between the parties and considering the same husband of the informant has been granted bail.
This submission has not been controverted by the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50440 of 2014 (2) dt.30-04-2015 2/2 learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No.191 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Ashwini/- U T
