That this writ application is directed for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate order or direction commanding the respondents to direct the respondent no. 3 and 4 to take appropriate steps/action for removing the encroachment on the land bearing Mauza- Kahua, Thana No. 269, Old Khesra No. 619, New Khesra No. 1276, Area-1 Katha, 5 Dhur, 12 Kari, Circle-

Patna High Court CWJC No.18094 of 2021(2) dt.03-11-2022 2/2 Biroul, P.S.-Biroul, District-Darbhanga which is gair mazarua Aam Rasta, is illegally encroached by the respondent no.7 and 8."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Biroul, District-Darbhanga, for redressal of his aforesaid grievance.

Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner approaches the Circle Officer, Biroul, District-Darbhanga, by filing appropriate petition under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and after hearing the affected parties, appropriate orders shall be passed thereon, forthwith.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
