Petitioner has claimed for his compassionate appointment on regular post whereas in terms of policy decision of the State government, petitioner was appointed as Prakhand Sikshak.

The issue raised in the present petition stands concluded by the judgment of Apex Court in the case of Mukesh & Anr. Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors: (2017) 5 SCC 383. Accordingly, the writ petition disposed of with a direction to the respondent to take final decision on the claim of
