JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-09-2015 The present application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing the order dated 16.6.2014 passed by the learned Special Judge, Patna in R.C. No. 20(A) of 2012 (Special Case no. 14 of 2012) whereby he has taken cognizance against the petitioner under Sections 120B and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and 13(2) read with 13(1) (d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act.

After some argument learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioner at the stage of framing of charge.

Leave is granted.
