Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) and (c) of Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act 2018.

Recovery of country made liquor is alleged from the side of the house of the petitioner. Petitioner has stated on oath that she has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the fact that there is no direct evidence, pointing the allegation only against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, who is a female, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

No.50536 of 2019(2) dt.22-08-2019 2/2 learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Gaya Excise Case No.397 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
