2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Four unknown miscreants are alleged to have snatched informant's motorcycle, mobile phone, ATM and PAN card and cash Rs.700/-.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner's name has come in this case during course of investigation on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. However, no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that petitioner's name has come in this case during course of investigation on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused alleging that the petitioner was also one of the co-accused in the commission of the offence. Petitioner has got three criminal antecedents.

6. Considering the nature of allegation and the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, prayer for bail of the
