29-09-2016 After some argument, Sri Ramchandra Sahni, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of Sri Nawal Kishore Prasad, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, makes a prayer for disposal of the present petition so that keeping in view the nature of accusation, the petitioner may file proper petition for compounding the offences before the court concerned. The prayer is allowed.
