2. The present application has been filed to modify the order dated 19.01.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63212 of 2023 to the extent of extending the period of returning the consideration amount to O.P. No. 2.

3. Vide a detailed order dated 19.01.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63212 of 2023, the petitioner was granted provisional bail for a period of six months, subject to the conditions as mentioned in Paragraph-7 of the said order.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a heavy amount has been expended in the marriage of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54840 of 2024(2) dt.02-08-2024 2/2 daughter of the petitioner, so the petitioner is not in a position to pay the consideration amount to O.P. No. 2. He sought further time to return the consideration amount to O.P. No.2.

5. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and for the reasons mentioned in the modification application, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner by the order dated 19.01.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63212 of 2023 is further extended for a period of six months.

5. The order dated 19.01.2024 is modified to the extent as indicated above.

6. Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
