The petitioner is in custody for seizure of 1 ltr Mahua wine, in connection with Roshanganj (Bankey Bazar) P.S. Case No. 59 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 272 and 273 of Indian Penal Code and 30 (a)(d) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 06.05.2018. He has completed approximately one month in custody.

Considering the quantity of liquor and fact that the petitioner is completed one month in custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
