Petitioner seeks bail in Banmankhi P.S. Case No.124 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 457, 380, 411 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 27.05.2019 having clean antecedents. In the written report, it is alleged that two male goat of the informant got missing. The informant went towards Hatiya in search of male goat. Another villager of the informant told that his male goat is also missing. During search, they reached Hatiya and found a Maruti Car there in which three persons were sitting along with three male goat. The informant identified the male goats.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with Banmankhi P.S. Case No.124 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
