This writ application under Article 227 of the constitution has been filed by the plaintiff-petitioner for issuance of an appropriate writ order directing the Additional Munsif-II, Vaishali at Hajipur to decide the Eviction Suit No. 14 of 2010 as soon as possible.

It may be mentioned here that the High Court exercise supervisory jurisdiction under Article 227 against the order of the Civil Court, against which, neither there is provision for appeal or revision under the Code. So far Article 227 is concerned, the High Court can also exercise administrative supervisory jurisdiction but for the grant of relief claimed by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.3817 of 2015 (2) dt.11-03-2016 petitioner in this application, this writ application under Article 227 is not maintainable.
