Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No.209 of 2018, giving rise to Special Case No.57 of 2018 registered under Sections 418, 419, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code, under Sections 5, 6 and 7 of the Immoral Traffic Prevention Act read with Section 7 of the POCSO Act.

Allegation in brief is that petitioner was caught along with the girl in a room of the hotel and it is alleged that one Sunil Kumar Suman the kingpin of flesh trade induced the girls in the trade on the promise of getting them employment. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was implicated falsely in this case, there is no

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Rupesh Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-Ist-cumSpecial Judge, POCSO, Patna in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No.209 of 2018, giving rise to Special Case No.57 of 2018.
