2. Mr. R.S. Pradhan, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-Corporation, submits that having regard to the nature of the prayer made in the writ petition for opening the financial bid of the petitioner as far back as in 2011, the matter has clearly become infructuous.

3. In the above view of the matter, the writ petition stands dismissed.
