This is an application seeking modification/extension of time to avail the privilege granted to the petitioners vide order dated 15.07.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8098 of 2014, in connection with Samastipur Muffasil P.S. Case No.198 of 2013, pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur.

It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners that due to some unavoidable circumstances the petitioners failed to avail the liberty granted to them vide order aforementioned. In view of the above, as prayed for, subject to deposit of Rs. 8,000/- (Rs. Eight Thousand only) each with District Legal Services Authority, Samastipur, the period to avail the liberty granted vide order aforementioned is extended till 23rd January 2015.
