The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhairabsthan P.S. Case No. 67 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation in the present case is regarding the recovery of the stolen motorcycle from the house of the petitioner herein. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case and is languishing in custody since 08.08.2017. Nonetheless the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to deposit a sum of Rs. 50,000/- subject to the result of this case, for the purpose of grant of bail.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34171 of 2018 (3) dt.25-07-2018 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I direct the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs. 50,000/- (rupees fifty thousand) with the Nazarat of the concerned court and upon showing the receipt of such deposit, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on regular bail subject to such conditions as may be imposed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Madhubani in connection with Bhairabsthan P.S. Case No. 67 of 2017 (S.T. No. 07 of 2018).
The petition is disposed of.
