JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a complaint case in which process has been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 323, 452 and 376/511 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of attempting to establish forceful physical relationship.

The complaint was filed in the year 1998 whereas earlier anticipatory bail application was rejected by learned Sessions Judge on 14.12.2007.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue has been reconciled between the parties. Since the complaint was filed in the year 1998, this Court is not inclined to interfere.
