Petitioner, already in custody since 15.4.2018 seeks bail in Aurangabad (Town) PS Case No. 33 of 2018, registered under Sections 341, 447, 504, 323, 308 and 324/34 of the IPC. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no overt act alleged against the petitioner, the allegation of doing assault is against Mithun Kumar and the petitioner bears no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner Subosh Kumar @ Subodh Kumar Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad (Town) PS Case No. 33 of 2018.
