The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Allegedly, one loaded country made pistol is recovered from possession of the petitioner.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 02-09-2018. Charge sheet has already been submitted. One loaded country made pistol is said to have been recovered. There is no compliance of Section 100 Cr.P.C. It has further been submitted that the

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R. It has further been submitted that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is directed that after completion of one year in custody, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Vth, Begusarai in connection with S. Kamal (Sahebpur Kamal) P.S. Case No. 280 of 2018.
