The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Special (Vigilance) P.S. Case No. 50 of 2014 (arising out of Nawada Sirdala P.S. Case No. 223 of 2013) registered for offence under Sections-420/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section7 of Essential Commodities Act as also under Sections-8 & 10 of P.C. Act.

Taking into consideration that the petitioner is said to be driver of the concerned vehicle, let the petitioner named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of order in the court below, be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.702 of 2015 (3) dt.22-01-2015 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Special (Vigilance) P.S. Case No. 50 of 2014 (arising out of Nawada Sirdala P.S. Case No. 223 of 2013) to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Vigilance-Ist, Patna subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
