The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Hajipur P.S. Case No. 632 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 4/5 of the Explosive Substance Act. The allegation is regarding the petitioner having blasted bomb on the boundary wall of the informant by means of explosive substance.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner been falsely implicated in the present case, he is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 10.06.2019.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47393 of 2019(3) dt.30-09-2019 2/2 case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional & Sessions Judge-1st-cum- Special Judge, Hajipur, Vaishali in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 632 of 2018.
