The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 259 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under section 377 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 8 and 9 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

Regard being had to the gravity of the offence and the nature of accusation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
