====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-02-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State through video conferencing.

Petitioner seeks bail in Sultangunj P.S.Case No. 62 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1A), 25(1-AA),25(1-B),26,35 of the Arms Act. One country made pistol, five empty cartridges and manufacturing equipments were recovered from house of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 18.12.2020. Investigation is complete.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

No.61325 of 2021(2) dt.14-02-2022 2/2 well as period of detention of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st Bhagalpur in connection with Sultangunj P. S. Case No. 62 of 2019.
