The petitioner, in the present case, is seeking regular bail in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No.100 of 2018, registered for offences alleged under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even though the allegation against the petitioner is that he was caught on chase by police while he was driving the stolen motorcycle, a bare perusal of the seizure list would show that it has been prepared in gross violation of the Section 100 Cr.P.C. as even the copy of the seizure list has not been made available to the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal history.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.15,000/- (fifteen thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 100 of 2018, subject to the conditions U/S 437(3) Cr.P.C. (Rajeev Ranjan Prasad, J) Arvind/- U T
