JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the petitioner for obtaining route permit, filed forged insurance papers with regard two buses bearing registration no.BR 31A 8221 and BR 33A 4751. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that both the buses are not registered in the name of the petitioner rather they are registered in the name of wife of the petitioner. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2027 of 2015 (2) dt.19-01-2015 2/2 surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 663 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. The bail bonds of the petitioner shall be accepted after verifying the fact that both the buses are not registered in the name of the petitioner.
