JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-05-2016 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in relation to Mashrak P.S. Case No.35 of 2016 registered under Section 4 of the E.C Act.

The allegation is that the petitioner was transporting about 165 quintal of wheat, packed in jute bags, having F.C.I. marking.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the jute bags are available in the market and used by the agriculturist for packing their wheat. Petitioner had purchased the same from village market and transporting the bags, which are not machine stitched as would be the case of F.C.I. There is no other material. Be that as it may, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks, let the petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
