In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Hazipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 187 of 2018 registered for offences under sections 307 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. As per First Information Report, the Informant was returning from his shop, he was intercepted in the way and the petitioner fired upon the Informant causing injury on his wrist. From paragraph no.3 of the present petition, it appears that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent. There is specific allegation of firing against the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, above named, is rejected.
