At the outset, Mr. Neeraj Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted at the Bar that during the pendency of the writ petition, the substantive retiral and other dues have been paid to the petitioner. However, he submitted that there are certain discrepancies in the calculation, for which the petitioner seeks liberty to file a representation before respondent no.4, the Registrar, Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur.

3. Considering the submissions advanced on behalf of

Patna High Court CWJC No.11194 of 2023(4) dt.04-01-2024 2/2 the petitioner, the present writ petition stands disposed of with the liberty aforesaid.
