The learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the office within one month. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Choutarwa P.S. Case No. 336 of 2020 registered for offence punishable under sections 323, 341, 354 (B), 379, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation, the petitioner dragged the daughter of the informant in sugarcane field. He torn her cloths and also abused her in filthy language. The allegation against the other coaccused persons is that when the informant went to complain, they abused the informant and also snatched golden chain from his

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is previous land dispute between both the parties and for making pressure upon the petitioner, the present case has been lodged with frivolous allegation. He has also submitted that all the sections except 354 (B) are bailable and both the parties are agnates.

Considering the above mentioned facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Choutarwa P.S. Case No. 336 of 2020, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove, failing which, the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
