Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52097 of 2014 (2) dt.07-01-2015 2 / 2 Shambhu Yadav snatched the jeweler worth Rs.8000/-. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation has been levelled in the background of bonafide dispute between the parties for emersion of the idol in the pond. During the investigation the accusation was not found to be true against the petitioner, but differing with the final form cognizance has been taken against the petitioner. Considering the fact that the allegation was found to be false during the investigation, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hilsa, Nalanda, in connection with Ekangarsarai P.S.
