=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 18-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; State and L.N. Mithila University (hereinafter referred to as the 'University').

2. It is admitted at the Bar that all admitted dues of the petitioner have been paid to him except further payment of 131 days under earned leave and D.D.A.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the University has already taken a decision and notified for such payment. In the supplementary counter affidavit filed on behalf of the University, statement has been made that D.D.A. amount will be

Patna High Court CWJC No.11255 of 2017 dt.18-06-2018 2/2 paid to him after receipt of details from the principal concerned. The said affidavit was affirmed on 22.03.2018.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with direction to the University to ensure that payment of earned leave in terms of the decision taken by the University and notified be paid as well as D.D.A. amount, if already not paid, be paid within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by the Registrar of the University.
