The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bihpur (Bhawanipur) P.S. Case No. 422 of 2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The son of the informant was strangulated to death because of his having entered into some kind of liaison with the daughter of Sharvan Kumar Das.

It has been alleged in the FIR that that the deceased was sent to Bangalore in order to prevent him from continuing with the relationship with the daughter of Sharvan Kumar Das. However, on one occasion, when the deceased had come back,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50714 of 2019(3) dt.20-11-2019 2/2 he was called by Sharvan Kumar Das but later, his dead body was found kept in the gunny bag. The suspicion of the informant is that the deceased was done to death by the family members of Sharwan Kumar Das.

The petitioner is the son-in-law of aforesaid Sharwan Kumar Das. There is no specific accusation against him and because of relationship of the petitioner with Sharvan Kumar Das, who is the main accused, he has been implicated in this case.

Regard being had to the aforesaid facts and the period of custody of the petitioner which is from 25.5.2019 as well as also grant of bail to the other accused persons by a coordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on her furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Naugachiya District Bhagalpur in connection with Bihpur (Bhawanipur) P.S. Case No. 422 of 2018.
